A comprehensive and confidential consultation
An overview of the implications and consequences of obtaining and maintaining a goods vehicle operator’s licence, including the transparency and disclosures demanded by the Traffic Commission that relate to ownership and management of the business, previous licences, past prosecutions, or bankruptcies.
Completion of the necessary GV79 application form:
A specially prepared application to optimise the chances of a successful outcome including; preparation of maintenance agreement, preparation of operating centre usage consent letter, and a correctly prepared and worded Public Notice for publication in your local newspaper. In addition to compiling and checking of all relevant and supporting documentation, we will provide ongoing liaison with the Traffic Commissioners office throughout the application process and ensure you are registered for online self-service with the Traffic Area Network, once your licence has been granted.
Completion of the necessary TM1 application form
Providing advice and guidance on the contractual requirements for an internal or external International Qualified Transport Manager, who will be responsible for legal undertakings associated with the International Operators Licence & Community Authorisation.
The package excludes application and licence fees payable to the Traffic Commission, and the costs of advertising the mandatory Public Notice advert, in your local newspaper.
